How to Write a Kick-ass Interview Guide

You got it all covered: Participants are invited, prototype or test materials are almost ready, and all you got to do today is writing the interview guide.

And you are stuck.

So many things you could talk about, you do not even know where to start.

So many questions, but you don’t know how to ask.

And in general, you tend to get lost in the long document during interviews.

I cannot find any useful examples for a good interview guide.

Well, this happened to the best of us.

Over the years, our researchers at NIDOS Academy have picked up a few tricks to tackle this and put together a 25 min video course that will walk you through this challenge. The course is designed to help research newbies as well experienced user researchers who still occasionally struggle with time management, storyline or phrasing less leading questions.

Next to the self-paced video course with real-life examples, you receive a whitepaper and an interview guide template for your next study.

Check out our latest online course 10 Pro Tips for Your Interview Guide and let us know what tip helped you the most.
