Earlier this year, Alice (now our Head of User Research) met with Tina, co-founder of Userpeek, for a chat about ways the Research & Insights team of TIER Mobility tackled the research challenges of 2020:

  • Scaling an international research from scratch (together with NIDOS Academy founder Nina)

  • Safe face-to-face research during a pandemic

  • Participant recruiting without budget

  • Maintaining confidentiality in a highly competitive market
